Michael J. Deo, CPA, has more than 20 years of experience as a public accountant. Michael is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Michael is also a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers.

Michael specializes in consulting and business planning for small businesses. Michael has extensive experience and education training personal financial planning and maintains a Series 6 securities license as well as a license as a Life and Health Insurance Provider.

Michael's experience in taxation includes business and personal tax planning as well as representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service, State Tax Authorities, and the Department of Labor. Over the years, Michael has been very successful in arranging favorable "Offer in Compromise" agreements with the Internal Revenue Service.

Michael also has extensive experience and educational training in the area of business valuations, which includes developing the technical aspect of the reports.
